30 May Lola’s Beef Mechado
Beef Mechado baby! Spoke to my Lola and def know some ingredients are missing but going to try and make this nonetheless! Love you Lola 😉
First I’m going to braise the short rib in 32 oz of beef stock, puréed garlic, fish sauce, and soy sauce before I go live so the meat is already tender. Then, cooking braising it on medium-low for about 2 hours.
