Cali Burrito

California! Not only is it known for health kicks and slim bodies, but also for making dope burritos... and my version comes complete with french fries.

Guacamole Pico de Gallo Cream Ingredients

  • 1 bunch cilantro (roughly chopped)
  • 4 avocados (chunky mashed)
  • 1⁄2 red onion (small diced)
  • 1 pt sour cream
  • 1 TBSP minced garlic
  • 1⁄4 cup lemon juice
  • 3 tomatoes (large dice)
  • 4 oz spicy salsa

Directions

  1. Puree guacamole pico de gallo cream together and store in quart containers
  2. Shred 2 slices of pork belly and sear on flat top with adobo sauce. Add 3 oz of adobo chicken and sear together
  3. Put cheese on a tortilla and melt in the oven
  4. Take tortilla out, add meat, 2 oz guacamole puree, and 5-7 french fries
  5. Close burrito, wrap in aluminum foil and cut in half
