2.0    Bnch Basil, cleaned and destemmed
1.0    pint Parmesan
1.0    pc  Lemon, zested
2.0    tblsp fresh minced Garlic
8.0    oz. EVOO
4.0    oz Pine nuts, Pignoles

1. Combine ingredients, except oil, in robot coup
2. Blend and slowly incorporate oil
3. Continue to blend until one same mixture
4. Put in QT containers and cool
